  1、产品特点

  适用于长时间连续输送液氮、液氢、液氦等低温流体。

  常温下真空度不大于5x10⌒2Pa,低温液体下输送时的导入热量≤0.9w/m(以DN40为例)。

  3、产品外形及组成

  内、外管均选用输送流体用不锈钢无缝钢管,材质0Crl8Ni9,质量符合GB/T14976—2002标;适用于低温-196℃长期运行的要求。

  补偿器选用航空专用真空补偿器,材料特殊,强度非常高,机械性能几乎不受低温影响。

  管内支承架采用导热系数很小的聚氨脂玻璃布棒。

 

  采用自吸式专用抽空阀,抽空完毕,在真空的作用下自动吸闭,只有专用设备才能打开。同时可用作夹套安全泄放装置,确保管道夹套安全。

  采用5A分子筛活性,用于吸收CO2、CO、H2O、H2 等主要气体分子,是管道长时间保持较高真空度。

 

  6、绝缘材料

  真空管内带有绝热材料,采用纯铝箔或脱脂超薄型镀铝箔膜,间隔层为阻燃型复合纸。具有较低的放气速度和反辐射性能,充分考虑真空管道的安全。
