Introduction to the structure of the reactor

The reactor is composed of reactor body, reactor cover, jacket, agitator, transmission device, shaft seal device, support, etc. When the height diameter ratio of the mixing device is large, multi-layer mixing blades can be used, or optional according to the user's requirements. Jacket is set outside the kettle wall, or heat exchange surface is set inside the kettle, or heat exchange can be conducted through external circulation. The supporting base is of supporting type or ear type. The gear reducer should be used when the speed exceeds 160 revolutions. The number, specification or other requirements of openings can be designed and made according to the user's requirements.

1. Packing seal is usually used under normal pressure or low pressure, and the operating pressure is generally less than 2 kg.

2. Mechanical seal will be used under normal medium pressure or vacuum pumping, and the general pressure is negative pressure or 4 kg.

3. Under high pressure or high medium volatility, magnetic seal will be used, and the general pressure is more than 14 kg. Except that the magnetic seal adopts water cooling, other sealing forms will increase the cooling water jacket when the temperature exceeds 120 degrees.
